Schaeffler India CEO Harsha Gopal Kadam was taken into custody on Monday in connection with a fatal factory accident that occurred on June 9. The incident at the Talegaon plant in Pune resulted in the deaths of two workers due to a sudden release of carbon dioxide gas. Police are investigating ventilation, emergency exits, and rescue arrangements at the site. The company stated it is cooperating with the investigation and that Kadam's detention has not impacted daily operations.

शाफ़लर इंडिया के सीईओ हर्ष गोपाल कदम को 9 जून को हुई एक जानलेवा फैक्ट्री दुर्घटना के संबंध में सोमवार को हिरासत में लिया गया। पुणे के तलेगांव प्लांट में हुई इस घटना में कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड गैस के अचानक रिसाव से दो श्रमिकों की मौत हो गई थी। पुलिस घटनास्थल पर वेंटिलेशन, आपातकालीन निकास और बचाव व्यवस्था की जांच कर रही है। कंपनी ने कहा कि वह जांच में सहयोग कर रही है और कदम की हिरासत से दैनिक संचालन पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ा है।
