BPCL and Lanxess Ink Pact for Advanced Industrial Lubricant Technologies

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and specialty chemicals company LANXESS have signed an agreement to explore cooperation in advanced industrial lubricant technologies and specialty fluid solutions in India. The Memorandum of Understanding establishes a framework for developing innovative lubricant solutions, supporting OEM approvals, and enhancing localization. This collaboration combines LANXESS' global expertise with BPCL's strong domestic market presence and infrastructure. Both companies will also assess opportunities in next-generation sustainable technologies, including bio-based lubricants and EV fluids.
