Zetwerk and Ayr Energy Settle Legal Dispute

IPO-bound Zetwerk and US-based Ayr Energy have settled their legal disputes, agreeing to dismiss all claims in lawsuits filed in Texas and Bengaluru courts. The settlement also includes a joint request to terminate a related US International Trade Commission investigation. The dispute began over a year ago, with Zetwerk alleging founder Anirudh Reddy incorporated Ayr while still employed and misused confidential information. Ayr counterclaimed against Zetwerk.
