Hindustan Times · education
A Cornell fraternity member sent Jane Doe a text message apologizing for "how things went down the other night," according to ABC News. Jane Doe initially replied that "non [sic] of the sexual stuff was illegal" and she "really liked being with u." However, her perspective shifted, and she later stated that "90% of what happened that night was not consensual" and she remembered being given ketamine. She filed a report with campus police alleging rape by 8-10 men at the Chi Phi fraternity house.
