Jammu & Kashmir Police have filed a case against an Army officer's wife for allegedly sharing sensitive information with foreign intelligence operatives, including those linked to China. The woman, a freelance researcher, reportedly used AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to write papers on security issues for suspected Chinese intelligence operatives posing as academics. She was intercepted at Jammu railway station while allegedly preparing to board a train. Her phone was seized, and data extraction is underway. While booked under the Official Secrets Act, she has not been arrested yet.
