Peak XV Partners Sells Awfis Shares Worth ₹30 Crore in Bulk Deal

Early investor Peak XV Partners has offloaded 12.2 lakh shares of coworking firm Awfis for ₹29.8 crore in a bulk deal. The shares were sold at a slight discount to the previous closing price, reducing Peak XV's stake by more than half. Kritagyata Trust acquired a significant portion of these shares. This sale occurs as Awfis shares have experienced a substantial decline over the past year, despite the company reporting strong financial results with a 140% net profit increase in Q1 FY27.
