Tata Trusts Responds to Trustee Complaints With Charity Commissioner

Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT) has filed its response with the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner (MCC) to complaints lodged by trustees Venu Srinivasan and Vijay Singh. The complaints questioned the administration and governance of SDTT, specifically the appointments of Noel Tata and his son Neville Tata as trustees. They also alleged Srinivasan was excluded from decision-making and questioned Noel's involvement in Tata Sons' commercial affairs. The MCC had granted SDTT an extended deadline of to submit its detailed response.

सर दोराबजी टाटा ट्रस्ट (SDTT) ने महाराष्ट्र चैरिटी कमिश्नर (MCC) के पास ट्रस्टियों वेणु श्रीनिवासन और विजय सिंह द्वारा दर्ज की गई शिकायतों पर अपना जवाब दाखिल कर दिया है। शिकायतों में SDTT के प्रशासन और शासन पर सवाल उठाए गए थे, खासकर नोएल टाटा और उनके बेटे नेविल टाटा की ट्रस्टी के रूप में नियुक्ति पर। इसमें यह भी आरोप लगाया गया था कि श्रीनिवासन को निर्णय लेने की प्रक्रिया से बाहर रखा गया था और नोएल की टाटा संस के व्यावसायिक मामलों में संलिप्तता पर भी सवाल उठाए गए थे। MCC ने SDTT को अपना विस्तृत जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय सीमा दी थी।
