Sri Lanka Cricket Reforms: Fewer Clubs, Four-Day Cricket

Sri Lanka Cricket's Transformation Committee has announced significant reforms, including reducing top domestic clubs from 14 to 10 and extending the premier first-class tournament to four days. A new SLC constitution has been drafted and submitted to the government for parliamentary tabling. These changes aim to create a more competitive domestic structure and a stable foundation for cricket's future development.

श्रीलंका क्रिकेट की ट्रांसफॉर्मेशन कमेटी ने बड़े बदलावों का ऐलान किया है। अब टॉप डोमेस्टिक क्लब 14 की जगह 10 होंगे और प्रीमियर फर्स्ट-क्लास टूर्नामेंट चार दिन का होगा। नई SLC कॉन्स्टिट्यूशन का ड्राफ्ट तैयार है और सरकार को सौंप दिया गया है, जिसे संसद में पेश किया जाएगा। इन सुधारों से घरेलू क्रिकेट और मजबूत होगा और भविष्य में खेल के विकास की नींव पक्की होगी।
