The Indian Coast Guard and Gujarat ATS have seized approximately 526 kilograms of drugs, including heroin and methamphetamine, from a suspicious Iranian boat in the Arabian Sea. The seized consignment is valued at over ₹3,000 crore in the international market. Five Pakistani nationals apprehended on the boat have been identified as residents of Peshawar. Agencies are currently interrogating the arrested individuals to uncover the origin of the drugs and their intended destination, as well as to identify their network.
