कलाकार रेहान वाड्रा ने आरोप लगाया कि दिल्ली के बीकानेर हाउस प्रबंधन ने उनकी एकल प्रदर्शनी से पहले हाल के युवा विरोध प्रदर्शनों को दर्शाने वाली लगभग 74 तस्वीरों को हटाने के लिए कहा था। उन्होंने यह भी दावा किया कि उन्होंने भारतीय ध्वज की दो छवियों को हटाने की मांग की, जिसे उन्होंने मना कर दिया। प्रदर्शनी 70 से अधिक हटाई गई कलाकृतियों के साथ खोली गई, हालांकि वाड्रा ने कहा कि तस्वीरें केवल विरोध प्रदर्शनों का दस्तावेजीकरण करती थीं और कोई राजनीतिक संदेश नहीं देती थीं। प्रियंका गांधी ने कथित सेंसरशिप की आलोचना की, इसे युवा आवाजों को चुप कराने का प्रयास बताया और लोकतंत्र की स्थिति पर सवाल उठाया।
