The Jammu & Kashmir High Court has ordered the revival of a student's passport, allowing her to complete her MBBS in Iran. Authorities had impounded Ibra Khan's passport based on an adverse CID report concerning her father's 1997 case, despite her birth in 2005. The court acknowledged the security concerns but noted Khan had completed half her medical course. The division bench directed the passport's revival for the remaining duration of her studies, permitting authorities to impose conditions.
