Amravati Waste Management Scam: Rs 2.75 Crore Fraud Alleged

Amravati police have registered a cheating case against three individuals for an alleged Rs 2.75 crore financial fraud involving 76 vehicles. Konark Infrastructure Limited, the city's waste management contractor, filed a complaint after the accused allegedly took back the vehicles. The company had paid over Rs 2.75 crore for the vehicles, which were being used for solid waste management operations. The accused, identified as Karnal Singh Rahal, Rajesh Gupta, and Manoj Sabu, are accused of taking the vehicles without notice after negotiations failed. Further investigation is underway.
