SC Grants Relief to CBSE Class 6 Students

The Supreme Court has provided significant relief to current Class 6 students regarding the CBSE's Three Language Policy. The court directed that these students should receive the same exemption as Class 7 students under the policy. This decision addresses concerns that changing languages mid-academic year could cause undue hardship for students. The policy, part of the National Education Policy, mandates the study of three languages from Class 6. Despite government assurances that most schools are prepared, the court prioritized student convenience.

सीबीएसई कक्षा 6 के छात्रों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राहत

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीएसई की त्रिभाषा नीति को लेकर वर्तमान कक्षा 6 के छात्रों को बड़ी राहत दी है। कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया है कि इन छात्रों को नीति के तहत कक्षा 7 के छात्रों के समान छूट मिलनी चाहिए। इस फैसले से उन चिंताओं का समाधान होता है कि शैक्षणिक वर्ष के बीच में भाषा बदलने से छात्रों को अनुचित कठिनाई हो सकती है। राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति का हिस्सा, यह नीति कक्षा 6 से तीन भाषाओं के अध्ययन को अनिवार्य करती है। सरकार के आश्वासन के बावजूद कि अधिकांश स्कूल तैयार हैं, अदालत ने छात्रों की सुविधा को प्राथमिकता दी।
