DR Congo Police Clash With Protestors Over Constitution

Police in the Democratic Republic of the Congo fired tear gas on Tuesday, clashing with hundreds protesting proposed constitutional changes in the capital, Kinshasa. Critics fear the changes could allow President Felix Tshisekedi to seek a third term. At least 10 people were arrested during demonstrations in Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, and Uvira. The protests, organised by the "C64" coalition, add to the nation's existing struggles with an Ebola outbreak and eastern conflict.
