National Stock Exchange shares debuted on exchanges with a modest 0.84% premium, listing at ₹1,800 on the BSE. This listing price was close to the grey market expectations, which had anticipated a slightly higher premium. The ₹22,562-crore IPO, which was entirely an offer for sale, saw strong overall subscription of 5.71 times. Qualified institutional buyers showed significant interest, subscribing 12.68 times their reserved portion.
