Supreme Court Grants Kerala Ex-CM Vijayan, Daughter, Son-in-Law Relief

A vacation bench issued the order and directed the parties to approach the High Court due to technical issues. Previously, the Kerala High Court had ordered the police to register an FIR against Vijayan, his daughter Veena, and son-in-law PA Mohammed Riyas. This Supreme Court intervention offers a temporary reprieve from the legal proceedings.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केरल के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनराई विजयन, उनकी बेटी और दामाद को FIR पर सात दिनों के लिए कार्रवाई पर रोक लगाकर अंतरिम राहत दी है। एक वेकेशन बेंच ने यह आदेश जारी किया और तकनीकी समस्याओं के कारण पक्षों को हाई कोर्ट जाने का निर्देश दिया। इससे पहले, केरल हाई कोर्ट ने विजयन, उनकी बेटी वीणा और दामाद PA मोहम्मद रियास के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज करने का आदेश दिया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस हस्तक्षेप से कानूनी कार्यवाही से अस्थायी राहत मिली है।
