Mysuru district has announced the draft reservation list for zilla panchayat (ZP) and taluk panchayat (TP) constituencies, intensifying political activities among Congress, JD(S), and BJP. The Mysuru ZP will have 46 seats and the TP will have 163 seats. Elections are planned by the year-end, prompting aspirants to prepare. The ZP constituencies have decreased from 53 to 46, while TP constituencies increased from 144 to 163. Out of 46 ZP seats, 23 are reserved for women, 10 for Scheduled Castes, and 7 for Scheduled Tribes.

मैसूरू जिले ने जिला पंचायत (ZP) और तालुका पंचायत (TP) निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए आरक्षण सूची का मसौदा जारी कर दिया है, जिससे कांग्रेस, जेडी(एस) और बीजेपी के बीच राजनीतिक सरगर्मी तेज हो गई है। मैसूरू ZP में 46 सीटें होंगी और TP में 163 सीटें होंगी। साल के अंत तक चुनाव की योजना है, जिससे उम्मीदवार तैयार हो रहे हैं। ZP निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों की संख्या 53 से घटकर 46 हो गई है, जबकि TP निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों की संख्या 144 से बढ़कर 163 हो गई है। 46 ZP सीटों में से 23 महिलाओं के लिए, 10 अनुसूचित जाति (Scheduled Castes) के लिए और 7 अनुसूचित जनजाति (Scheduled Tribes) के लिए आरक्षित हैं।
