Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna sustained an injury during the filming of his upcoming movie 'NBK 111'. He was promptly transported to a hospital for evaluation. Initial treatment was administered at a local facility in Rajahmundry before he was moved for further assessment. Doctors are investigating a possible left knee muscle tear.
