BJP Leader Ramesh Jarkiholi Meets Siddaramaiah Amid Defamation Video Row

Former Minister Ramesh Jarkiholi visited former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah at his Mysuru residence. Jarkiholi stated the visit was private and suggested Siddaramaiah should have confronted the alleged smear campaign directly. He also referred to Siddaramaiah as their leader. Meanwhile, Siddaramaiah's son, Yathindra, clarified that the defamatory video does not feature his father and is not an obscene recording. Siddaramaiah has sought an injunction against the circulation of the video, citing legal advice.

पूर्व मंत्री रमेश जरकीहोली पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री सिद्धारमैया से उनके मैसूरु स्थित आवास पर मिले। जरकीहोली ने कहा कि यह मुलाकात निजी थी और उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि सिद्धारमैया को कथित दुष्प्रचार अभियान का सीधे सामना करना चाहिए था। उन्होंने सिद्धारमैया को अपना नेता भी बताया। वहीं, सिद्धारमैया के बेटे यतिंद्र ने स्पष्ट किया कि आपत्तिजनक वीडियो में उनके पिता नहीं हैं और यह कोई अश्लील रिकॉर्डिंग नहीं है। सिद्धारमैया ने कानूनी सलाह का हवाला देते हुए वीडियो के प्रसार के खिलाफ निषेधाज्ञा मांगी है।
