Leela BKC Holdings Private Limited has secured an 80-year lease for a 90,537 sq ft plot in BKC. The lease premium for this prime commercial district land amounts to ₹1,302.16 crore. The deal also grants the lessee rights to utilize a substantial Floor Space Index (FSI) of 33,647.52 sq metres. A stamp duty of ₹58.60 crore was paid on the lease deed, highlighting the significant value of this real.

लीला बीकेसी होल्डिंग्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने बीकेसी में 90,537 वर्ग फुट की ज़मीन के लिए 80 साल का पट्टा हासिल किया है। इस प्राइम कमर्शियल ज़मीन के लिए 1,302.16 करोड़ रुपये का प्रीमियम दिया गया है। इस डील से 33,647.52 वर्ग मीटर का फ्लोर स्पेस इंडेक्स (FSI) इस्तेमाल करने का अधिकार भी मिला है। पट्टे के दस्तावेज़ पर 58.60 करोड़ रुपये की स्टाम्प ड्यूटी भरी गई है, जो इस ज़मीन के बड़े मूल्य को दर्शाती है।
