NSE IPO Set For September 17 After Decade

NSE is finally set to launch its IPO on September 17, with listing expected on September 25. This marks the end of a nearly 10-year journey delayed by regulatory probes, legal cases, and governance concerns, notably the co-location controversy. NSE will pay Rs 1,491 crore to settle these long-pending matters with Sebi. The IPO will be an offer for sale, allowing existing shareholders to sell their holdings.
