Police Seize 132 Kg Gunpowder, Explosives in Auraiya; One Held

Police in Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh, have seized 132 kg of gunpowder and other explosive materials during a raid on a house in Tajpur village. The owner, Prem Dayal, was arrested for allegedly manufacturing fireworks illegally ahead of the festive season. Authorities received complaints about illegal firework manufacturing and gunpowder storage in the area. During the search, police also found seven sacks containing illegal shells and country-made firecrackers. An FIR has been registered against Dayal, who has been sent to jail.

उत्तर प्रदेश के औरैया में पुलिस ने ताजपुर गांव के एक घर पर छापेमारी के दौरान 132 किलो बारूद और अन्य विस्फोटक सामग्री जब्त की है। त्योहारी सीजन से पहले कथित तौर पर अवैध रूप से पटाखे बनाने के आरोप में मालिक प्रेम दयाल को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। अधिकारियों को इलाके में अवैध पटाखा निर्माण और बारूद भंडारण के बारे में शिकायतें मिली थीं। तलाशी के दौरान, पुलिस को अवैध खोलों और देशी पटाखों से भरे सात बोरे भी मिले। दयाल के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है, जिसे जेल भेज दिया गया है।
