Probe Ordered Into Death Threat Letter To Officials

A police probe has been ordered into a death threat letter allegedly sent to two senior education officials in Buxar. District Education Officer Indra Kumar Karn and District Programme Officer Rajnish Kumar Jha reportedly received the letter, which contains references to a Maoist organisation. The sub divisional police officer has directed the Town SHO to investigate the matter thoroughly. A senior Congress leader has urged for immediate security for the officials and suggested a handwriting expert examine the letter.

अधिकारियों को धमकी भरे खत पर पुलिस जांच का आदेश

बक्सर में दो वरिष्ठ शिक्षा अधिकारियों को कथित तौर पर भेजे गए एक मौत की धमकी वाले पत्र की पुलिस जांच का आदेश दिया गया है। जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी इंद्र कुमार कर्ण और जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी राजниш कुमार झा को कथित तौर पर यह पत्र मिला है, जिसमें माओवादी संगठन का जिक्र है। अनुमंडल पुलिस अधिकारी ने टाउन एसएचओ को मामले की गहन जांच का निर्देश दिया है। एक वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता ने अधिकारियों के लिए तत्काल सुरक्षा की मांग की है और पत्र की लिखावट की जांच के लिए एक विशेषज्ञ की नियुक्ति का सुझाव दिया है।
