Musk stated that he cannot participate in the special committees' discussions due to being a conflicted party, and any deal would require shareholder approval. This news comes as SpaceX reported its first profit as a public company, with significant revenue growth driven by artificial intelligence. The company's AI revenue surged nearly tenfold to $7.56 billion in the three months ending September 30.
