NHAI Begins Process for 16-Lane Toll Plaza at Janaula on Gurugram-Rewari Highway

The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has started the process to establish a 16-lane toll plaza at Janaula on the Gurugram-Pataudi-Rewari highway. This facility, featuring a multi-lane free flow system, is expected to generate approximately ₹57 crore annually. Construction of the toll plaza is already 80% complete, with the entire highway project costing ₹1,900 crore. Officials anticipate about 70% of current traffic on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway will shift to this new route upon its full operationalization.

भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (NHAI) ने गुरुग्राम-पटाउदी-रेवाड़ी हाईवे पर जौला में 16-लेन का टोल प्लाजा स्थापित करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। मल्टी-लेन फ्री फ्लो सिस्टम वाली इस सुविधा से सालाना करीब ₹57 करोड़ का राजस्व मिलने की उम्मीद है। टोल प्लाजा का निर्माण कार्य 80% पूरा हो चुका है, जबकि पूरे हाईवे प्रोजेक्ट पर ₹1,900 करोड़ खर्च हुए हैं। अधिकारियों का अनुमान है कि इसके पूरी तरह चालू होने पर दिल्ली-जयपुर हाईवे पर चलने वाले करीब 70% ट्रैफिक इस नए रूट पर आ जाएगा।
