A drone strike on Amiet Market in the disputed Abyei region has resulted in at least 153 fatalities, according to a South Sudanese official. The Abyei administration's caretaker minister of information blamed Sudan's military for the attack, stating that fires continued to burn and the death toll was expected to rise.
