Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam has vowed to comprehensively investigate and track down suspects linked to a truck carrying 780 kilograms of explosives intercepted last week. The vehicle was stopped at the Dahr al-Baidar checkpoint, on the highway connecting Beirut with the Bekaa Valley. Two individuals detained in connection with the incident have been referred to judicial authorities, who are working to identify others involved.
