Seema bags 10,000m bronze, relay team silver

Seema Kumari secured a bronze medal in the 10,000m race at the Asian Games, marking India's first track and field medal on Day 1. Competing against taller runners, the 25-year-old from Chamba, Himachal Pradesh, finished behind Bahrain's Yavi Winfred and Japan's Tanaka Nozomi. The 4x400m mixed relay team also clinched a silver medal behind Bahrain. This performance provides a much-needed boost for Indian athletes.
