Guardian minister Jaykumar Gore has defended proposed projects around the Ujani dam, including an AI data centre and a nuclear reactor, stating they will not harm the reservoir. He urged politicians not to mislead protesting farmers, asserting the projects are crucial for Solapur district's development. These initiatives, with investments totalling Rs 1.6 lakh crore, are planned for the dam's catchment area, not the water body itself. Despite farmer concerns about land acquisition and water pollution, the minister emphasized the projects' potential benefits and appealed for cooperation over political opposition.

पालकमंत्री जयकुमार गोरे यांनी उजनी धरणाभोवती प्रस्तावित असलेल्या AI डेटा सेंटर आणि अणुभट्टी प्रकल्पांचे समर्थन केले आहे. त्यांनी सांगितले की, या प्रकल्पांमुळे जलाशयाला कोणताही धोका पोहोचणार नाही. त्यांनी राजकारण्यांना आंदोलन करणाऱ्या शेतकऱ्यांची दिशाभूल न करण्याचे आवाहन केले. तसेच, सोलापूर जिल्ह्याच्या विकासासाठी हे प्रकल्प अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. १.६ लाख कोटी रुपयांच्या गुंतवणुकीचे हे प्रकल्प धरणाच्या पाणलोट क्षेत्रात प्रस्तावित आहेत, जलाशयात नाही. जमीन संपादन आणि पाणी प्रदूषणाबद्दल शेतकऱ्यांच्या चिंता असूनही, मंत्र्यांनी प्रकल्पांचे संभाव्य फायदे अधोरेखित केले आणि राजकीय विरोधाऐवजी सहकार्याचे आवाहन केले।
