17 From Dhanbad Secure Govt Jobs Via Tata Steel Foundation Coaching

Seventeen candidates, including five women, have secured government jobs through Tata Steel Foundation's Uniform Services Coaching Programme in Dhanbad since November 2022. The initiative, held at Jamadoba and Sijua centres, offers academic coaching, physical training, and career guidance for youth aiming for defence, police, and paramilitary roles. Of the 93 enrolled, successful applicants have joined forces like CISF, ITBP, and BSF, with others clearing home guard exams. The program, now six months long, continues to support candidates through various assessments and classes.
