Trehan IRIS to Expand Omara Luxury Wellness Residences to Noida and Bengaluru

Trehan IRIS, the real estate arm of Trehan Group, plans to expand its luxury wellness residences brand, Omara, to Noida and Bengaluru over the next decade. The company launched its first Omara project, a ₹1,300-crore luxury residential development in Gurugram, earlier this year. This expansion aligns with the rapid growth of the global wellness real estate market, which is projected to exceed $1 trillion by 2027. Trehan IRIS is also developing a senior living project in Gurugram, incorporating preventive healthcare approaches.

ट्रेहान ग्रुप की रियल एस्टेट कंपनी ट्रेहान आईरिस अगले दशक में नोएडा और बेंगलुरु में अपने लग्जरी वेलनेस रेजिडेंस ब्रांड ओमार का विस्तार करने की योजना बना रही है। कंपनी ने इस साल की शुरुआत में गुरुग्राम में ₹1,300 करोड़ का पहला ओमार प्रोजेक्ट लॉन्च किया था। यह विस्तार ग्लोबल वेलनेस रियल एस्टेट मार्केट की तेज वृद्धि के अनुरूप है, जिसके 2027 तक $1 ट्रिलियन से अधिक होने का अनुमान है। ट्रेहान आईरिस गुरुग्राम में एक सीनियर लिविंग प्रोजेक्ट भी विकसित कर रहा है, जिसमें प्रिवेंटिव हेल्थकेयर के तरीके शामिल हैं।
