BSP chief Mayawati has announced a mega rally in Lucknow, marking her 'Mission-2027'. This date holds historical significance as it is the Mahaparinirvan Diwas of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. The rally aims to showcase the party's strength and consolidate its traditional Dalit vote bank ahead of the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections. Mayawati seeks to assert the BSP's position as the true representative of the Bahujan community amidst efforts by rival parties to woo Dalit voters.
