Sonbhadra signs MoUs worth Rs 14,612 crore

Sonbhadra is nearing its investment target for Ground Breaking Ceremony 5.0, having signed memorandums of understanding for 33 projects valued at Rs 14,612 crore. This represents nearly three-quarters of the district's Rs 20,000 crore target. Major commitments include Adani Group's Rs 7,400 crore pumped storage plant and THDC's Rs 6,400 crore project. These energy sector investments are expected to significantly boost Sonbhadra's status as an energy hub and spur economic growth across eastern Uttar Pradesh.

सोनभद्र ग्राउंड ब्रेकिंग सेरेमनी 5.0 के लिए अपने निवेश लक्ष्य के करीब पहुँच रहा है, जिसने ₹14,612 करोड़ के 33 प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। यह जिले के ₹20,000 करोड़ के लक्ष्य का लगभग तीन-चौथाई है। प्रमुख प्रतिबद्धताओं में Adani Group का ₹7,400 करोड़ का पंप स्टोरेज प्लांट और THDC का ₹6,400 करोड़ का प्रोजेक्ट शामिल है। ऊर्जा क्षेत्र में इन निवेशों से सोनभद्र की ऊर्जा हब के रूप में स्थिति को बढ़ावा मिलने और पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश में आर्थिक विकास को गति मिलने की उम्मीद है।
