Bishnoi, currently held in Ahmedabad's high-security Sabarmati Jail since 2023, faces strict security protocols preventing any meetings except with his legal team. Any police seeking to question him must obtain clearance from the NIA court and the Union Home Ministry, as per a 2023 order.
