Real estate major DLF Ltd announced a nearly 10% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, reaching ₹1,301.35 crore. However, the company's sales bookings experienced a 12% decrease, falling to ₹3,800 crore from ₹4,332 crore in the same period last year. Despite the dip in bookings, DLF maintained a strong net cash position of ₹15,084 crore. The company's luxury housing portfolio, including its senior living project in Gurugram, saw a complete sell-out, indicating sustained demand for differentiated offerings.
