Hyderabad became a global hub for real estate as the 7th International Real Estate Conference (IREC 2026) convened over 2,000 delegates from more than 35 countries. The three-day event, hosted by the Hyderabad Realtors Association, brought together developers, investors, policymakers, and tech leaders. Discussions covered institutional investment, buyer behaviour, branded residences, and the impact of PropTech and AI. A key highlight was the India Housing Report, indicating stable primary housing sales in Tier-I cities at ₹3.63 lakh crore, with 2.58 lakh units sold in H1 2026.
