Delhi Pollution Control Body Demands Daily Action Reports From Seven Agencies

The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) has mandated seven government agencies, including Delhi Police and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, to submit daily reports by 5 PM on enforcing winter pollution control measures. This initiative aims to closely monitor ground-level compliance and keep the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) informed about actions taken. The reports will cover enforcement of restrictions on non-BS-VI vehicles from outside Delhi, checks for valid pollution certificates, and action against dust-generating activities.

दिल्ली प्रदूषण नियंत्रण समिति (DPCC) ने दिल्ली पुलिस और नगर निगम दिल्ली सहित सात सरकारी एजेंसियों को 5 बजे शाम तक रोज़ाना रिपोर्ट जमा करने का आदेश दिया है। यह रिपोर्ट सर्दियों में प्रदूषण नियंत्रण उपायों को लागू करने के बारे में होगी। इस पहल का मकसद ज़मीनी स्तर पर नियमों के पालन की बारीकी से निगरानी करना और वायु गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन आयोग (CAQM) को की गई कार्रवाईयों के बारे में सूचित रखना है। रिपोर्ट में दिल्ली के बाहर से आने वाले गैर-BS-VI वाहनों पर प्रतिबंधों को लागू करने, वैध प्रदूषण प्रमाण पत्रों की जांच करने और धूल पैदा करने वाली गतिविधियों के खिलाफ की गई कार्रवाई का विवरण शामिल होगा।
