ED Arrests Two In Rs 146 Crore Crypto

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested two absconding accused, Syed Usman and Dhamodharan Balachandran from Coimbatore, in the HashPe cryptocurrency fraud case. The accused allegedly duped people of over Rs 146 crore by promising high returns on investments in their cryptocurrency, TCX. The fraudsters received funds in cash, bank transfers, and TCX coins. Proceeds of the crime were diverted to personal accounts and invested in properties and cryptocurrency.

एनफोर्समेंट डायरेक्टोरेट (ED) ने कोयंबटूर से दो भगोड़े आरोपियों, सैयद उस्मान और दामोदरन बालाचन्द्रन को HashPe क्रिप्टो करेंसी धोखाधड़ी मामले में गिरफ्तार किया है। इन पर आरोप है कि इन्होंने अपनी क्रिप्टो करेंसी TCX में ज़्यादा मुनाफ़े का लालच देकर लोगों से 146 करोड़ रुपये से ज़्यादा की ठगी की। ठगों ने कैश, बैंक ट्रांसफर और TCX कॉइन में पैसे लिए थे।
