Madhya Pradesh woman becomes 'Drone Didi' lakhpati

Kiran Ahirwar from Guna, Madhya Pradesh, has gained recognition as a 'Drone Didi' and 'Lakhpati Didi'. She demonstrated her agricultural drone operating skills to Union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia. Kiran learned to fly drones through the NaMo Drone Didi Yojna after previously earning income from vermicomposting and organic farming. She now trains other farmers, empowering rural women in new technologies and livelihoods.

मध्य प्रदेश की महिला बनीं 'ड्रोन दीदी', हुईं लखपति

मध्य प्रदेश के गुना की किरण अहिरवार 'ड्रोन दीदी' और 'लखपति दीदी' के तौर पर जानी जा रही हैं। उन्होंने केंद्रीय मंत्री ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया को ड्रोन चलाने का अपना हुनर दिखाया। किरण ने नमो ड्रोन दीदी योजना से ड्रोन उड़ाना सीखा, इससे पहले वह वर्मीकम्पोस्टिंग और जैविक खेती से कमाई कर रही थीं। अब वह दूसरी महिलाओं को भी ट्रेनिंग दे रही हैं, जिससे ग्रामीण महिलाएं नई तकनीकें सीखकर आत्मनिर्भर बन रही हैं।
