Seven Arrested Over 'Purification' Near KCR Farmhouse

Seven individuals have been arrested in connection with an alleged purification ritual conducted near the farmhouse of BRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao in Telangana's Siddipet district. The arrests followed a protest by Congress workers and Dalit activists who deemed the act an insult to Dalits. Police registered a case under relevant sections of the SCs/STs (POA) Amendment Act and BNS.
