Delhi HC Allows CJP Protest In Central Park, Cites Police Assurance

The Delhi High Court has refused to block the CJP and its founder Abhijit Dipke from holding a protest at Central Park. दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने सीजेपी और उसके संस्थापक अभिजीत दीपके को सेंट्रल पार्क में विरोध प्रदर्शन करने से रोकने से इनकार कर दिया है। अदालत ने दिल्ली पुलिस के इस आश्वासन को दर्ज किया कि प्रदर्शन के दौरान गतिविधियों को नियंत्रित करने और कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए सभी आवश्यक उपाय किए जाएंगे। एक दुकानदार ने अदालत में याचिका दायर कर पुलिस से सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार विरोध प्रदर्शन का प्रबंधन करने का निर्देश देने की मांग की थी, क्योंकि उसे त्योहारी सीजन के दौरान व्यवसायों में व्यवधान का डर था।
