Uttar Pradesh Seeks 100% Voter Registration Across All Sectors

Uttar Pradesh is launching a comprehensive initiative to ensure 100% voter registration by November 12. The Chief Electoral Officer has directed district officials to collaborate with government departments, social organizations, and private sector entities. Special camps will be set up at workplaces and residential societies to enroll eligible individuals, including first-time voters and those not yet registered. Efforts will also target organized and unorganized sector workers, and awareness programs will be conducted in slums and remote areas to encourage participation.

उत्तर प्रदेश 12 नवंबर तक 100% मतदाता पंजीकरण सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक व्यापक पहल शुरू कर रहा है। मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी ने जिला अधिकारियों को सरकारी विभागों, सामाजिक संगठनों और निजी क्षेत्र की संस्थाओं के साथ सहयोग करने का निर्देश दिया है। पहली बार वोट देने वालों और अभी तक पंजीकृत नहीं हुए योग्य व्यक्तियों को नामांकित करने के लिए कार्यस्थलों और आवासीय सोसाइटियों में विशेष शिविर लगाए जाएंगे। संगठित और असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों को भी लक्षित किया जाएगा, और भागीदारी को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए झुग्गियों और दूरदराज के इलाकों में जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
