Five BJP councilors reportedly took an oath with holy water at a temple, vowing to vote for the party's official candidate, Pooja Mali. However, the BJP candidate secured only five votes, including her own. This has raised questions about the sincerity of the oath and the voting patterns of the remaining councilors.
