Chinese stocks continued their decline on Friday, mirroring a global market selloff driven by weakness in technology shares. The Shanghai Composite Index dropped 0.9%, and the CSI300 Index fell 1.1%, extending previous session losses. The CSI300 has now fallen over 20% from its recent peak, entering bear market territory by some definitions.
