Russia and the United States are set to unveil new joint initiatives, including data centre projects, following a recent agreement for Russian diesel to return to the market. Russian President Vladimir Putin's investment envoy, Kirill Dmitriev, stated these projects would launch before the end of Russia's "special military operation" in Ukraine. This development comes after a deal allowing Russian diesel exports, which Moscow partially lifted a ban on from October 10.
