अयोध्या पुलिस इस बात की जाँच कर रही है कि राम मंदिर ज़मीन 'चोरी' मामले में पकड़े गए आठ लोगों से जुड़े 20 और लोगों ने ज़मीन खरीदी थी या नहीं। मंदिर के आसपास ज़मीन के सौदों में गड़बड़ी के आरोपों के बाद ये गिरफ्तारियाँ हुई थीं। इस जाँच का मकसद संभावित धोखाधड़ी का पता लगाना और इस महत्वपूर्ण धार्मिक स्थल के विकास में पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करना है।
