She allegedly used these documents to execute a fraudulent sale deed for Sudharani's property to Ravi Kumar Naidu. The court noted Mamata's deliberate avoidance of appearances despite repeated notices, highlighting the seriousness of identity theft, document fabrication, and land grabbing allegations.

आंध्र प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने विजियानगरम के पुलिस अधीक्षक को पुंडारी ममता को अदालत में पेश करने का निर्देश दिया है। ममता पर नेतुला सुधरानी का मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र बनाने, उनकी बेटी बनकर नकली वारिस प्रमाण पत्र हासिल करने का आरोप है। कथित तौर पर उसने इन दस्तावेजों का इस्तेमाल सुधरानी की संपत्ति रवि कुमार नायडू को धोखाधड़ी से बेचने के लिए किया। अदालत ने कहा कि ममता बार-बार नोटिस के बावजूद जानबूझकर पेशी से बच रही थीं, जो पहचान की चोरी, दस्तावेज़ों में हेरफेर और ज़मीन हड़पने के गंभीर आरोपों को दर्शाता है।
