UP Congress Accuses Govt of Shielding BJP MLA Over Alleged Captivity and Torture

Uttar Pradesh Congress president Aradhana Mishra Mona has accused the state government of shielding BJP MLA Kunwar Sushant Singh. Allegations state that three young men working at the MLA's residence were held captive, assaulted, and tortured with electric shocks for two days. A Congress delegation attempting to meet the victims' families in Moradabad was reportedly stopped by police. Mishra stated that the administration is preventing access instead of acting against the accused, vowing Congress support for the victims' justice.

उत्तर प्रदेश कांग्रेस की अध्यक्ष आराधना मिश्रा मोना ने राज्य सरकार पर बीजेपी विधायक कुंवर सुशांत सिंह को बचाने का आरोप लगाया है। आरोपों के मुताबिक, विधायक के आवास पर काम कर रहे तीन युवकों को दो दिनों तक बंधक बनाकर रखा गया, पीटा गया और बिजली के झटके देकर यातनाएं दी गईं। मुरादाबाद में पीड़ितों के परिवारों से मिलने की कोशिश कर रहे कांग्रेस के एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल को कथित तौर पर पुलिस ने रोक दिया। मिश्रा ने कहा कि प्रशासन आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने के बजाय पहुंच को रोक रहा है, और कांग्रेस पीड़ितों को न्याय दिलाने का वादा करती है।
