Food safety officials in Daltonganj seized and destroyed three litres of mocktail mix from a prominent hotel restaurant on Monday. The mix was found to be prepared using expired fruit juices, posing a health risk to consumers. During the same inspection, the team also destroyed 2 kg of stale mutton found in the restaurant's kitchen. Additionally, 13 kg of khoya was seized, and a sample of paneer was sent for laboratory testing. Officials warned against using newspapers for food packaging and storage, emphasizing continued inspections to ensure consumer safety.

डाल्टेनगंज में फूड सेफ्टी अफसरों ने सोमवार को एक बड़े होटल रेस्टोरेंट से तीन लीटर मॉकटेल्स मिक्स जब्त कर नष्ट कर दिया। यह मिक्स एक्सपायर्ड फलों के जूस से बना पाया गया, जिससे ग्राहकों के स्वास्थ्य को खतरा था। इसी निरीक्षण के दौरान, टीम ने रेस्टोरेंट की रसोई में 2 किलो बासी मटन भी नष्ट किया। इसके अलावा, 13 किलो खोया जब्त किया गया और पनीर का एक सैंपल जांच के लिए लैब भेजा गया। अफसरों ने खाने की पैकिंग और स्टोरेज के लिए अखबारों का इस्तेमाल न करने की चेतावनी दी और ग्राहकों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए लगातार निरीक्षण पर जोर दिया।
