An employee shared on Reddit that their boss has prohibited coffee breaks during work hours. This ban extends to bringing coffee from home in a thermos or consuming canned beverages. The manager suggested that employees wishing to drink coffee should start their workday an hour later and stay an extra hour. The employee finds this suggestion illogical as they arrive on time. Other colleagues have warned the employee about the manager's behaviour, with some fearing to question his decisions.
